Operated Equipment Rentals
Each equipment rental includes a professional operator. Our operators are skilled in all aspects of equipment rental for plumbing, concrete, geological, and other contractors. All equipment is well maintained to ensure dependability on the job and we offer a variety of implements. Rates for equipment are billed on an hourly basis unless a fixed-rate contract is requested.

Travel time is charged at one (1) hour first and last day with consecutive eight (8) hour days (within our service area). Jobs further out will be increased by fifteen (15) minute intervals, in accordance with actual drive times for a commercial truck and driver to deliver the equipment.
Overtime begins each and every day after eight (8) regular hours, adding an additional $26.00 per hour. Travel time is excluded from overtime charges.
Prevailing wage rates are an additional $45.00 per hour.
Rates for Saturday work are an additional $26.00 per hour.
Rates for Sunday and holiday work are an additional $38.00 per hour.
Night work an additional $26.00 per hour.
All equipment “craned in” will be charged 8 hour minimum per day.
